During my tenure at Turkcell, Turkey's leading telecommunications company, I contributed over two years of dedicated service as a UX designer. My role was centered on enhancing the user experience for an array of services and products, including prominent offerings such as BIP (Instant Messaging Service), the TV platform, Fizy (Music platform), Turkcell Akıllı Depo (Personal Cloud), IoT devices, Youth Segment App/Website, and Premium Segment App/Website.
In this capacity, I collaborated closely with the business and technical stakeholders, actively engaging in strategic design decisions and the iterative refinement of products. This collaboration extended beyond mobile solutions, encompassing all cross-platform applications. Our approach was meticulously crafted, beginning with the ideation phase, where we defined our target audience, and carrying through to the development phase, where rapid and impactful UX iterations were essential.

BIP is an innovative application that redefines instant messaging and voice call experiences. It empowers users to instantly and freely share not only text, but also photos, videos, audios, and messages enriched with entertaining content unavailable elsewhere.
Our dedication paid off, as BIP rapidly gained traction, achieving an impressive milestone of 7 million downloads within its first year of launch.
